Assembly Technician

Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday 7a-5p AND 7a-12p on Friday
  • = 43 Hours per week
    • 3 hours of guaranteed overtime at time and a 1/2 pay each week
    • Off at noon on Friday's = WIN / WIN!!!
      • These are the only hours of operation = NO WEEKENDS or extended hours
  • BONUS PAY
    • If you show up for all your shifts during the week, you receive a bonus .5 hours of time and a 1/2 pay
      • This bonus pay equals over 1-1/2 weeks of regular pay throughout the course of a year

Job Description

The role of an Assembly Technician is to build and assemble components for our Hopper Trailers by using the correct procedures.  Training will be provided and all tools and PPE to successfully complete the tasks will be provided.  This position allows you to work independently as well with other team members.

Qualifications

  • Be reliable/committed to show up to work everyday and work the entire shift
  • Read a tape measures down to the 1/16" in a timely manner
  • Understand the basics of hand tools and air/electric power tools
  • Have attention to detail
  • Be able to retain procedures
  • Execute tasks by reading digital paperwork
  • Lift up to 50 Lbs. without accommodation
  • Work on their feet for up to 9 hours per day
  • Ability to climb a ladder and work from the ladder
  • Be able to take direction while working as a TEAM
