Schedule

• Monday - Thursday 6:30a-5p

• = 40 Hours per week

  • Off on Friday's = WIN / WIN!!!
    • These are the only hours of operation = NO WEEKENDS or extended hours

Job Description

The role of the welding position is to build the side walls for our aluminum dump boxes. This is done by setting up the parts and running a Bug-O seam welder. Some hand welding is involved with tack welds and finish welds. The position also will build the tailgates for the back of the dump boxes, this is all hand welded by a specific procedure. Some small assemblies work is also part of the job taking prepped parts and fastening them together with Huck pins. Training will be provided and all tools and PPE to successfully complete the tasks will be provided. This position allows you to work independently.

Qualifications

• Skilled aluminum Mig welder, these welds have to be good and look good.
• Be reliable/committed to show up to work everyday and work the entire shift
• Read a tape measures down to the 1/16" in a timely manner
• Understand the basics of hand tools and air/electric power tools
• Have attention to detail
• Be able to retain procedures
• Execute tasks by reading the work order
• Lift up to 50 Lbs. without accommodation
• Work on their feet for up to 9 hours per day
• Be able to take direction while working as a TEAM when needed
